huwag kayong iinom ng synthetic drugs kasi nakakasira lang yan sa systema ng katawan naten at maraming side epek! ang synthetic drugs ay hindi gamot kundi panlunas lang. pag simpleng sakit o lagnat mag herbal na lang.

gusto mo makatulog? iwasan mo ang kape, iwasan matulog sa umaga at sa hapon, magbasketball sa hapon or mag gym para pagdating sa bhay antukin ka. huag uminom ng softdrinks (cokey) pampagising kasi yan. huag uminom ng enery and tonic drinks like ridbul, samoray, MILO (M-asarap I-numin L-asang O-valtine), etc, etc,.. umiwas sa :yosi:
