Sorry po di ko po alam if tamang board ba to palipat na lang po sana if mali.
Mga ka just want to share po yung mga alam ko about sa pag aapply sa call center before ko pa makalimutan and for those na mas marami pa po experience pashare na rin po

Tips (base on experience 5x hired out of 6 applications sa mga call centers)
-be prepared (review ng grammar specially prepositions, read aloud ng novels or periodicals para mapractice ang pronunciation, have a basic knowledge about computer if customer service rep ang gusto applayan syempre pag tech support gusto mu dapat marami alam sa pc.Prepare a comprehensive resume, PRAY A LOT! Important po yan
-if you're not yet prepared,if my doubt wag na lang magapply.Dapat pag umalis ng bahay tamang mind setting is paguwi mu may work ka na.(always works for me )
-be professional looking (adds confidence)
(base sa nabasa ko blue blouse or polo for an interview would give a nice impression)
-be courteous, smile, makipagkamay sa interviewer, mag
-be confident (remember:di lahat ng nasa call center magaling magenglish yung iba mataas lang confidence ,wag mailang sa accent ng interviewer, wag mag panic (eto nangyari sa kin kaya di ako natanggap once)
-enjoy the interview, (keep in mind na dapat mas marami ka sasabihin sa interviewer
but of course be tactful )
-eye contact is important
-pigilan ang fillers (ex. Ahms, uhms) instead magshort pause na lang
FAQs (yung mga naencounter ko pa lang)
1.Why call center?
2.Why did you choose (company)?
3.What is customer service for you/define customer service?Give example
4.How would you relate customer service to your previous job/course(fresh grads)
5.How do you see yourself 3 or 5 years from now?(dapat goal oriented like dapat by that time supervisor/trainer or any higher position)
Out of the box questions (minsan may mga ganito na questions,be creative sa pagsagot and dapat enthusiastic while answering the questions)
-describe a color (ex.Red) to a blind person since birth
-convince the interviewer to buy (ex.Yung suot mung damit (naisip ko na selling point is comfortable dapat, you can also describe yung cloth and color ,cp,used toothbrush, etc.)
-convince an eskimo to buy ice cream

-instruct a 3 or 5 yr old kid na magtie ng shoelace
Multi-tasking

1. Be presentable but dont over do it (wag dress to kill masakit sa mata)

2. Be confident (to do that you should be comfortable una sa damit mu at syempre sa sarili mu) pero wag up to the point na inaangasan mu na yung interviewer.

3. Always think "IT'S NOW OR NEVER" (don't get too nervous lalo na pag maganda accent ng interviewer mu,there's a way)

4. Always remember that call centers are here in the philippines because WE ARE INTELLIGENT.

5. Lastly COMMUNICATE WELL (always remember to practice english if you really want to be a costumer service representative .,why.? You can not master any languages if you're not going to practice.,) <that's how we train korean students, registered teacher din pala ako.,ahahahaha>

There to support the thread of my sister next post ko i'll discuss tips how to communicate well or thought organization para pag sumagot sa interviewer di mahilo sa gusto mung sabihin

NOTE: in any interview employers always ask in one or two minutes malupit na ang three minutes TELL ME SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF.,ayon sikat iyan sa call center.,kaya START PRACTICING.,

FAQs
1. Madalas kong sagot: because there are lots of opportunities for career development, mamamaximize yung talent ko at maiimprove pa ko because of the fast paced, challenging environment, and lastly dahil sa compensation (be honest di ba?Pero don't sound as if yun ang major reason kahit iyon nga ang reason mu
That is what im doing most of the time.Mas nakakaimpress kasi if you have done a little bit of research, pede rin naman na sabihin mu na you heard from a friend na maganda nga ang management at yung company
3.Customer service for me is giving quality products, service that would be beneficial not just for the company(service/product provider) but most specially to the customers
4.Example ko lang sa nursing ang ginamit ko nun na reason is like sa nursing ang aim is to provide quality healthcare so in relation since trained ka to give quality care as a customer service rep you'll also aim to give quality customer service
5.Additional.Sound as if talagang mangyayari yun at super determined na mapromote

Saka syempre try to imitate their sound. ^^. Ahahaha.

Off topic:
on topic:
Just be creative lang po.
About sa pagdedescribe ng color sa taong bulag since birth in my opinion isipin mu lang po pag sinabing red na color.Ano po ba maaassociate mu na feelings or emotions dun?Example for me po pag red ang emotions ay pwedeng super galit.
Pag blue, peaceful
pag green, cool (maybe you will ask why sa emotions ko inassociate.Kasi po if your going to give out example ng mga bagay na red, blue or green e di rin naman niya nakita yun since birth e.Unlike emotions nakakaramdam naman sila. But my answer for this may or may not be correct. Its just going to depend on how you deliver your answers and how you express yourself po
regarding accents din po: neutral accent will do.Just be careful with pronunciation specially with b,v,f,p,th,t.
another IMPORTANT thing din po pala
LISTEN TO THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN
additional (credits to mary ann and jp10santos)
tell me something about yourself (this is a very tricky question, most people would give answers na nasa cv na nila when in fact the interviewer would like to know the things that were not included in your CVs.At least relate it sa job)

"that's a very good question, thank you for that ..... tapos yun na sagot na.But don't use it naman everytime na may question
by the way its pronunciation not pronounciation common mistake din po pagpopronounce ng word na yan dapat po pag sinabi yan pro-nun (as in kung pano basahin ang english ng madre which is "nun") cia (siey) tion (syon)

Here are some Frequently Asked Questions during interviews when applying for a call center job:

1. Tell me about yourself. In answering this question, you don’t
have to give details on your resume.
That is the most common mistake of
an applicant. They give off information
that is already in there resume like
name, age etc... What the interviewer would like to see
is your spontaneity in answering and
the things of your interest that will
relate to the job you are applying to.
Also, because this is the initial
question, try to give an answer that will leave a positive impression on
you.

2. Why did you leave your last job? Try to answer this in the most honest
way you can without bad-mouthing
your last company. Of course we have
something to say about the company
we’ve been with right? But the
recruitment would not want someone who back stabs other companies even
if they are competing. Now, this is where your research pays
off. What you need to do is just focus
on the positive points of the company
you are applying to. You can tell them
that as an applicant you would want
to be part of the best in the industry.

3. Why call center? Don’t give off any sugarcoated
answers for this one. Just give them
the most honest answer you can give. It is practical to work on a call
center. You get all the benefits like, HMO, night differential, allowances and
not to mention the high salary.

4. What are you weaknesses? When answering this question you
need to turn your weakness into
strength or into something positive.
Most common answer is saying that
you are a perfectionist; this becomes a
weakness for you because as a perfectionist, you are very particular to
the quality of the result of the task
given that it usually eats up your time
to finish a job. This example sounds a little cheesy
and obvious so try to think of your
own “Weakness.” 5. How do you provide EXCELLENT
customer service? We all know that when we say
customer service is when we address
to the client’s concern. When we say
excellent customer service, we
provide additional service aside from
the inquiry of the client and at the end of the day; the client was pleased
about the service provided. Exerting
every effort we can give and
empathizing to the client as if we are
the one in need of help.

6. How do you see your self 5 years
from now? Now, don’t go saying you’re planning
to be in abroad at that time. The last
thing they want is an employee who
has no intention in staying with them. You need to tell them that by that time;
you see yourself as one of the big
bosses in that company, regardless if
it’s manager or supervisor or on a
different department. Anything that
will tell them that you are serious in your job application, you are willing to
stay for a long time and you have the
dream to grow in their company.

7. How would you describe the color
“red” to a blind person? Now, this one is a little tricky. The
interviewer is testing your spontaneity
in answering and how you think. We all know we have 5 different
senses; Sight, Hearing, Feeling, Smell
and taste. A blind a person is missing
one, sight. So what we need to do in
order to describe the color “red” is try
to use other senses in describing the color. For example; the color red is like
a loud noise, it is a very loud color.

8. Do you have any questions for
me? This is usually the last question in an
interview. Even though it’s the last
question, you as an applicant can still
leave a great impression to the
interviewer by asking more
information about the company or even the next process of the
application. This will show sincerity in
your application. Always remember that you need to
answer interview questions honestly.
If you will give any false information
about yourself or your work
experience; it can lead to the
termination of your application and the worst is you may be black listed in
their company.

the interview is a beautiful chixs as in parang nasusunog ako sa eye to eye contact.

po
tips pa po pala: (expression po na madalas gamitin when we are conversing)
another thing po the expression "the reason why" po is redundant na so you can just say "the reason behind" "the reason for that" or simply "the reason is"
isa pa pong tip.If you're going to use the expression "with regard" most of us would say "with regards" which is not right so instead po you can use "regarding" "as regards" or "with regard"

when it comes to the pronunciation po ng "the"
