dont know pero sabi nila oats are good for facial scrubbing...pero kung soap.....maganda cguro cno na ba ang nakatry?

Mas maganda kung kainin ang oatmeal,yan bfast ko 6 table spoon ng quaker oatmeal tpos lutuin sa 2 glass of fresh milk,dpat halu haluin hbang niluluto sa mahinang apoy pag lumapot na pwde na iserve tpos budburan sa ibabaw ng milo pinaka chocolate nya  hmmm tsalap tsalap ang ganda sa katawan hehe.

Ang Oatmeal Soap.. gamot po yan sa chicken pox
hmnpp pag may chiken pox ang tao magbabad po kayo sa tubig with oatmeal soap ng about 30 minutes...
mas bibilis po ang pag galing nyo =D
