Ano OS gamit mo. Parang Sa desktop background settings yan sa XP, (Appearance and Themes <display> sa Control Panel)

edit:

Control Panel>System Properties>Advanced tab, under
performance, click settings. In the Performance
Options dialog box, check the second last option
(Use drop shadows for icon labels on the
desktop ).

or pag di gumana, try this...

right click on the desktop and select
properties. Select the (Desktop) tab then click
(Customize Desktop) Select the 'Web' tab.
makikita mo ang list of all web content on your
desktop. Uncheck all the boxes on this page. Then Click

 OK...

right click mycomputer>properties>advance>performance settings. Check mo yong use drop shadows for icon label
