Pahelp naman po kasi may insomnia po ako, nasanay na kasi ako ng laging puyat, babad pa ko sa cellphone, ano ba epekto nun sa kalusugan natin?

Hmmm sakin epekto yan.. Tumataba ako eh.. Kaht 8am na ako nakakatulog.. Advice ko lang.. Inum ka na lang ng mga multi. Vitamins stress na yan.. Kakaisip..

Thanks sa advice, tama nga ang nasabi mo, tumugma sakin kasi dami ko talaga iniicip now, problema kung pano magkakawork, financial problem, tapos nakipagbreak pa gf ko ng walang dahilan.. Stress nga siguro to.. Yun ang di ko magawa kung pano aalisin ang stress sa katawan ko.

masama epekto nian sa health natin.. ang gawin mo pagurin mo sarili mo daytime... i'm sure pagdating ng gabi tulog ka agad dahl sa pagod, .. proven yan..
un din napag aralan namin.. natural way of curing insomnia...

better not take sleeping pills baka next problem mo maging dependent ka naman sa pills pag tumagal

tarashishishi bro payo ko lang... gawing mong busy ang sarili mo para malibang ka.... matulog kana lang... ok din yun... tataba ka pa.... kung may problema ka sa sarili mo na lang wag mo kaming idamay hahaha JOWK kung may problema ka wag kang mahiya na ikwento mo sa mga friends mo para mawala ng konti yun problema mo OK>>>

ganito gawin mo, kung kaya mo solusyunan ang mga problema mo sa sarili mo or sa tulong ng ibang tao sa paligid mo gawin mo para mabawasan ang pag iicp mo masam ang puyat sa kasusugan kasi bumababa ang resistensya mo, magiging sakitin ka madali ka maka acquire ng infection at pwede ka rin magka-ulcer, 

sabi ng isang nag advice sau pagurin mo ang sarili mo sa umaga para pagdating ng bahay eh masarap matulog,,, ika ng masarap matulog kung pagod, or pwede kang uminom ng isang basong gatas kasi it contains L-Tryptopan na nakakatulong mag induce ng sleep, meron din ito sa mga karne. yun subukan mo kung wala pa rin consult a doctor na lang...

Medical Doctor student here, insomia in the first place is inability to fall asleep or to remain asleep for an adequate length of time, so that tiredness is virtually permanent. Insomnia may be associated with disease, particularly if there are painful symptoms, but is more often caused by worry. In your case, its better for you to take Lorazepam (ativan)2mg once daily or you can use zolpidem (Ambien) 10mg at bedtime. Thats the treatment.

di naman siguro insomnia iyan, nawiwili ka lang sa pagbabad sa cellphone, dapat po kasi pag matutulog ka na iclose mo na ang cellphone mo, puwedeng uminom ng gatas before matulog, uminom na rin ng Ferrous Sulfate and B-complex pang induce sa antok. . . Nasayo rin ang gamot niyan brad, disiplina lang yan. . . .

sasanayin mo sarili mo na matulog sa particular na oras, in that way ma condition mo yung katawan mo at biological clock mo. eventually, di ka na mahihirapan matulog kinalaunan

advice ko bro, before going to sleep; take a warm bath and eat banana it will make your brain relax and make you sleep faster.
