Free browse tricks for either smart or globe using VPN - PINOYDEN

Good day mga bossing!

Still a newbie poster here in our den, but experienced android user (rooting, modding etc)...

Quick question, I've been searching for ways to utilize the dual sim capability of my O+ 8.9 and use 3g connection through either smart or globe. I've used freemynet vpn in the past with smart free browse sa pc this was more than 6 months ago. I was suprised na nung tinry ko ssya ulet ngayon, even the unblocking technique e hindi na pala gumagana ngayon. So with that, I wish to ask for help on the current free browse (internet and connection) available sa android users like us. I want to utilize not just surfing sana, so probably vpn ang hanap ko. Would like to use viber for texting my gf and maybe minor fb updates and the likes. Not much on downloading but that would be good as well. I'm not specific on speed but something above 100KB/s would do.
