HELP US FROM INDIA - PINOYDEN

HI
recently all the operators have blocked most of the udp ports even at high balance (previously they didn't deduct balance but now they do). we have few hosts but they dont provide full speed and even the blackberry loophole has stopped working.
Please suggest any loopholes which we can use to exploit for free internet via pd-proxy.
and tell me a list of ports i should check at high balance to see if they still deduct balance or not.
