Does this cost me anything?


Absolutely not, EmbeePay is entirely free to you! We don't charge anything to use EmbeePay, and many Paychecks don't require any purchase to get Embee Points.

Some offers may ask if you are interested in purchasing a good or service, so read the terms carefully. If you want to purchase to the service, by all means say yes! Otherwise, there are a lot of great Paychecks that you can do which are completely free.

I completed a paycheck. When do I get my EMBEE POINTS?


Embee Points are rewarded by the Sponsors, who ensure you have completed the requirements for receiving your Embee Points. When the Sponsor issues the Embee Points to your account, they are available for you to redeem for a wide variety of mobile and gift card products. Receiving Embee Points typically takes 15 to 30 minutes following completion, but it can take a day or two, particularly for higher value Paychecks.

If you have not received Embee Points for a completed Paycheck, please allow some time for the Embee Points to credit your account. You usually do not need to take any additional action, and will get your Embee Points as soon as the Sponsor completes their process.

I'm missing EMBEE POINTS. What should I do?


If you've completed a Paycheck but haven't received your Embee Points, here is the fastest way to get your Embee Points.

First, identify the Sponsor where you did the Paycheck and click on the tab. Each Sponsor has a Help button, like "Missing Embee Points" - click on that button.
You'll see a list of Paychecks that you've either completed or initiated. Scroll through the list to find the Paycheck where you're missing Embee Points.
Click on the link to contact customer support and provide all requested information to the best of your ability.



Customer Support typically responds within 24 to 48 hours. If after that time your claim is not resolved, please contact Embee Customer Support at support@embeemobile. zendesk.com and we'll work to expedite resolution of your claim.

What are Embee Levels and how do they work?


Leveling is a way for us to reward you for using EmbeePay with great new ways to Earn and Redeem Embee Points. Embee will be rolling out new ways to reward our customers in the near future, but here's how it currently works.

When you first join EmbeePay, you start as a Club member. Club status entitles you to basic EmbeePay service, like free mobile from all mobile operators supported by EmbeePay, as well as gift cards with Club level retailers.

To get more benefits like access to Amazon gift cards, you can upgrade to Premier status by either (1) redeeming for two mobile top-ups within 60 days, or (2) purchasing a Premier upgrade with your Embee Points. Maintain your status by doing two more top-ups within 60 days of becoming a Premier member.

Premier status also helps you Share phone numbers with Facebook Friends by allowing you to add your friends' phone numbers to your account so you can give them free top-ups, too.

Do you have any tips?


Yes! Here are some tips that will help you to make sure you get your Embee Points

Try smaller Paychecks for starters. Smaller value Paychecks like videos or game installs often credit your account more quickly, and are a great way to see how EmbeePay works. Many customers, in fact, fund their monthly phone bills entirely just by doing a few small Paychecks a day.

Bigger value Paychecks are great too, but can take more time to credit your account. Doing big Paychecks gets you free mobile faster!

Follow the Paycheck instructions. Getting your Embee Points depends on you completing the Paycheck per the instructions. You can find the instructions by scrolling over the Paycheck. Most instructions are simple, but some have specific conditions, like click-through requirements (silver, gold and/or platinum) or awards per household.

You can't get credit for the same Paycheck twice, so do it on EmbeePay!

Clear your cache. Where a household has multiple Embee customers that use the same computer, we've heard that the following process helps to ensure that everyone gets Embee Points for completed offers. When you finish an Embee session, delete your temporary internet files and close your web browser. When your family member or friend wants to start a new Embee session, just open a new browser.

Track your Paychecks. If you are missing Embee Points, the Sponsor typically requires Proof of Completion. So save that proof, like confirmation emails and/or screenshots, in an EmbeePay subfolder. That way, if there is an issue in the future, you always can easily find what you need, and send it to the right support team.
