Hello friends! Our company, [24] 7 CUSTOMER INC., is currently hiring Technical Service Representatives for a US Internet Service Provider Account. We will soon be opening an Ortigas branch so we are in need of agents.


TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES FOR U.S. INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

FOR MAKATI AND NEW ORTIGAS SITE

Basic Salary: PHP 16,500 - 23,000 (plus additional 3000 non-taxable allowance)

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have completed at least 2nd year college (any course)
- NO CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong PC, keyboard and Internet skills, with the ability to simultaneously navigate through systems
- Has an understanding / navigational skills of the Internet functionalities and terminologies such as browsers, email, chat, forum, message board, domain, web page, internet service providers, online service providers, etc.
