Kung nagpapalaki ka ng katawan mag gym ka, bumili ng supplements amino acid or amino fuel plus protein powder,

Bago ka magworkout sa gym uminom ka nyang mga yan sundin mo instruction sa bote.. Kumain ng marami..

Epektib ang hilaw na itlog pag nagwoworkout ka pero kung wala kang ginagawa para sa muscle mo like exercise wala talaga magbabago sa katawan mo:)

Kung ayaw mo ng hilaw na itlog lagain mo 5itlog kainin mo yung 5puti ng itlog at dalawang yellow..

Kung may tanong pm lang or post dito sa thread.

check my profile photo...51 years old na ako, pero looking great parin. ang kinakain ko mostly sa breakfast ay cereal+2 hard boil eggs+orange juice. lunch ko mostly ay meat, lalo na ang chicken meat+green salad, konti lang ang kanin, minsan lang ako kumain ng sweet. regular exercise lang magkaka-muscle ka na.

raw egg...hindi maganda kung raw egg...baka malason ka pa.
