effective or not eh protein ang gusto mo makhuha dbah? try another else, foods that are high in protein are meats esp. red meats dbah ..so kain ng maraming pork or beef kadiri naman kasi yang hilaw na itlog tapos masakitpa sa tiyan

Effective naman yun basta yung itlog na tagalog kung gusto mong inumin..pero kung hindi itlog na tagalog, pwede mo naman na ilaga yun tol..tsaka may iba pa naman na high in protein kung ayaw mo uminom ng hilaw na tagalog na itlog..like soya milk,yung ginagawang taho,tapos taho na din,tsaka tofu..
