Base sa mga kaibigan ko, effective daw ang pagkain ng raw chicken egg bilang protina? Maraming beses ko na nasubukan un pero parang wala namang epekto talaga! infact na hi high blood pa koh!

Mas mabuti lutuin at kung muscle ang gustong iimprove kailangan lagyan ng stress para mangailangan ng protina kundi magiging taba lahat ng kinakain mo.

meats, eggs, soybeans at marami pang iba ay good sources of Protein. Gusto mo magkamuscle? Nagiging taba lamang po lahat ng ating kinakain kung walang exercise, daily exercise ang kelangan po ninyo ok?

Ang pagkakaalam ko naman, masama kainin ng hilaw ang itlog. Masama nga rin yung malasadong pritong itlog. Kailangan talaga 'well-cooked' lahat.

At kung gusto mo ng protein, mag-meat ka na lang. Pero maganda rin ang isda kasi, based sa isang article sa Inquirer, nakakapampabata daw ng looks ito. 1 fish a week is okay.

Tama mga sinabi nila bro! Pwede ka mag ka salmonela o ung mga nakukuhang sakit sa mga hindi lutong pagkain! marame naman source ng protein search mu lang at kung muscle naman dapat alam mu ang tamang pag diet para hindi lang sa taba mapunta ung kinakaen mu :gym: kapag tayo ay kumaen at nagworkout ung kinaen natin ay nacoconvert to amino,at ung kaylangan ng muscle naten para lumaki' sana tama ako'

marami pong pagkain na mataas protein like eggs,lean meat at sea foods. Kung concentrated form ask kayo sa drug store meron para sa mga bodybuilders.
