Di kasi completo ang procedures ts eh, wew!
Ito gagawin niyo paki follow nalang
1. Ping google.com, open CMD "Run As Administrator" or Windows+R then type CMD and go to next procedure type "ping google.com -t"
2. Open OpenVPN then connect.
3. Open modem/dashboard then connect wait until the OpenVPN makes to green and see the pinger/cmd if the google.com reply and also start for pinging.
4. Finally, try to connect and browse. Just browse only don't download if you are already connected for 15 minutes you can now download a file.

EDIT: Kung mapapansin niyo mabagal ngayon may solustion niya, dapat may 5pesos regular balance ka. Hindi 0-4 dapat 5pesos. Tried and Tested! Kung mabagal talaga wala na tayo magagawa dyan location na yan.
