Bakit nawala mga posts nyo? - PINOYDEN

Pumanhin po sa lahat sa pagkawala ulit nang PD nung nakaraang araw biglang nagkaroon nang hardware failure ang server. Na hanggang ngayun ay di pa rin naayos. Sinetup ko po itong PD sa panibagong server ngunit gamit ang lumang backup nang database hindi ko pa muna sana ioopen ang PD hanggat di pa nakukuha yung orginal na database pero hindi ko na matiis dahil maxado nang matagal Temporary ko po munang dinisable ang pag attach nang files para incase na maayos na ang dating server maibalik pa natin yung mga dating posts at hindi kayo manghinayang sa mga iaatach nyo ngayun dahil mapapatungan din yun nang bagong database.

It is with much regret that we have to inform you that the server housing your VPS was turned into an unfunctional server due to what most likely appears to be malicious behaviour, i.e. a local VPS user managed to download scripts into the base server OS and cause severe damage to the server node rendering it useless.
Hence all data on the server has been lost.
 
We are now in the process of creating new VPSs for all customers and this time it will be on a Xen virtualisation server node, which provides much greater security against such malicious behaviour.
 
As we are unable to recover any data for you, we will provide you with one month's service free of charge. This is the best that we can offer you in what is a difficult situation for us all.
 
Please reply to this ticket confirming your intention to claim your free month's service and we'll adjust your billing and create a new Xen VPS for you.
