alam mo kung gusto matalaga mag bawas ng timbang proper diet gawin 1 cup rice per meal ako ginawa ko pag dating ng gabi tinapay lang minsan ganyan ginagawa ko sa gym may bike dun , jogging da best yan di ko lang magawa kasi ang sarap matulog eh

fitted lahat ng suot ko bakat na bakat yung tummy ko. 50php a day sa gym dito samin mahal. Jogging tol lilít talaga? Tapos kapag medyo maliit na sit up para maging muscle?

dapat kasi lumiit talaga muna 50php bakit ang mahal naman , san ba lugar mo? Sa mall ata yan eh jogging talaga the best tapos syempre proper diet wag ka syempre papagutom every two hours kung pwedi kakain ka pero dapat hindi mga heavy meal iwas rice basta pag alam mo malapit kana magutom kain kana pag diet kasi yong iba hindi na kumakain naku magkakasakit ka pag ganun mas maganda kasi kung nag ggym ka kung pumayat ka maiiwan ang muscle

wala naman talaga effect yan kahit 1000x mag sit ups araw-araw di liliit yan , tol hanap ka gym dyan meron mura dyan nasa bayan ka naman eh alam mo ba yong san isidro gapan tol ganito gawin kung kelan ka magstart pics ka sarili mo tapos araw gawin mo yon para makita mo kung may nagbabago tol para sakin pinakamadali ang mag papayat kala ko ang magpalaki ang madali kasi kain ka lang ng kain yon pala ang mahirap hehe

tol mas malaki pa dyan tiyan ko dati siguro ito yong tiyan ko mga 2months pa lang ako nag wowork out

Kung umiinom ka parin po bale wala lang ang gagawin mo dapat iwasan mo nang uminom ng alak nakakalaki talaga yun ng tyan eh tnt inom ka po ng maraming tubig araw araw para malinis ang tyan

tol cardio lang tapos diet talaga ako lalaglag talaga katawan mo proper diet lang talaga pag katapos mo mag cardio saka ka tumira ng mga abs work out

pinaka effective talaga tried and tested by me 37 tiyan ko ngayun 33 na lang.

HOOLa HOOPs , lagyan mo ng jolen sa loob pero kung beginner kahit wala muna tapos mag hulahoop ka for about siguro isang movie, sabay na kasi pawis, and exercise diyan and more focus on belly, kaya kung usli yung tummy mu pwede sayu yan.

Ginagawa ko yan every other night , bawas kain ka lang sa dinner or kung pwede kahit 2 banana at 2 puti na itlog lang , wag yung yellow.. Tandaan wag kang mag RICE sa gabi.
 
 Hmm mga 2months ko na din gngwa yan
