anu bang exercise tuwing maga ang pwdeng gawin para lumiit tyan ko ang laki kasi . Kakainom ng alak kaya ganito tinatawag na nila akong "butshog" tapos fitted pa mga pormahan ko para akong buntis xD. Help naman pampaliit ng tiyan . Wag lang yung mga pang Gym  as much as possible home execersise lang suggest naman kayo at kung anung proper bilang at ulit na gagawin thanks

di ko po alam basta po more on exercise for tiyan,sabi kasi nila kapag daw po nagregular sit up ka,tapos itinigil mo domudoble(base on my experience true siya),umiinom din kasi ko kaya problem ko din ito talaga,pero sa ngayon di na po ako umiinom,ito po point ko kuya stop mo na lang din pag inom mo,para healthy body ka,

excecise.. jogging nakakaliit ng tiyan. gawin everyday. lumiit tiyan ko kakajogging. effective tapos bawasan ang carbs lalo na ang rice.

tama jogging talaga da best or basketball , biking , jumping rope liliit tiyan mo , saka syempre dapat iwas na din sa alak softdrinks hehe ewan ko lang rice base kasi sa experience ko di naman nakakalaki ng tiyan ang rice eh

yup! d po nakakalaki ng tyan ang rice syempre depende nalang sa pagkain.

 baka naman po kasi ilang balde ng kanin yung kinakain kaya lalaki talaga ang tyan kasi mastretch yung tummy yun na yung cause    at iwas iwas din sa  at  mas magandang mag  tapos  100% effective po yan. dadami pa mga chicks mo tol

pero oh ako matakaw sa rice pero parang wala naman at every meal ko lage rice ngaun 5x aday ako kumakain bulking process na ko eh

cardio po jogging , biking , basketball , ang sit ups po hindi nakakapag paliit ng tiyan pang abdo po sya gagawin lang nya muscle da best talaga cardio kayo kahit 1000x kayo mag sits up yan di liliit yan iwasan po nating ang alak at softdrinks

Haha panget pa nga medyo malaki pa ang tiyan nyan yong lower saka pansin mo di ba ako kasi ginawa ko diet ako dati ako chubby dadating super diet ako rice ko 1 cup lang kada meal kaya ayon namayat ako ng ganyan post ka ng pics para makita ko wag kang mahiya tol dicipline lang talaga sa sarili
