bakit po di pwde mag-update ng ios6.1?di ko maintindihan,mga application ko ayaw din mag-update ang bagal,pahelp naman

may bagong ipod touch ako, 5th gen. inupdate ko sya ng 6.1 kahapon kasi nakuha ko lang sya nung thursday. di ko alam na habang nagda-download ako ng apps eh dina-download din nya yung update. advisable ba na i-jb ko ito gamit yung evasion? di ko kasi alam yun tethered at untethered.
