Ito lang po gawin nyo, hawaka nyo ng dalawa nyong kamay ang nose nyo tapos hilahin. Gawin ito araw araw as normal hobby. Effective hu yan. Kasi sabi ng doctor ang nose natin ay parang lastiko din na umuunat. Eto ginagawa ko mula pagkabata at hanggang ngayon. Pero di naman minu minuto. Pag naaalala lang. Effective sya. Kasi  medyo flat nose lahi nami. Yun akin  medyo malapat pero matangos na sya ak ak. Walang basagan ng trip.

ganyan din po ang ginawa ko nung bata po ako ewan ko parang na adik ako kahit  san ako pumunta hinahawakan ko po sya hinihila ko kaya eto matangos po ang ilong kaso medyo malaki siguro sa isang araw naka 100x ako agree ako dyan.
