Mga kaPD, itatanong ko lang po sana:

1) How to have a bigger chest? Wala kasing laman eh puro buto. naisip ko, kung magpush ups ako, hindi to lalaki kundi magkakaporma lang.

2) Ano po ang best Home Work-out na di kinakailangan ng gym apparatus/equipment ba yun?

3) Ilang sets at reps po ba every week?

4) How long bago tuluyang lalaki ang chest ko?

ako dumbell lang ginagamit ko 2 to 3 hours workout ayun nagkakalaman naman ang chest

bakit ayaw mo pushup bozing? try mo tuwing umaga una 40 times sa twing sisiw na add ka lang ng add ng 10 gang umabot ka 100 tuwing umaga.... ako gang 80 lang eh heheh

Bro, diba may proper way para magpush-up? Hindi ko talaga maabot ang 40 kung yung mabagal. . Pero kung mabilisan, makakaya. .
Every morning ka po ba nagpupush up? At ilang weeks before nagkaroon ng improvement sa chest mo?

mas okey tol kung mag gym ka benchpress malakas makapagpalaki ng chest, tapos sabayan mu ng full over.

kung nagmamadali ka kaya yan ng mga 10 days umaga hapon basta walang palya....diba sa una sasakit muscles mo pwede ka magstop pero kapag sumakit muscles mo then tinuloy mo pa rin umaga hapon mas mabilis magimprove

pag down mo basta malapit na sa floor yung chest mo basta hindi naman tatama  sa baba
pag up naman yung tama lang mararamdaman mo naman yun pag effective eh wag yung masyado maliit ang galaw na para ka lang nanginginig hehehe

every morning yan ang gagawin mo pantanggal ng lamig 5 to 7am kapag lumagpas mas mahirap mag pushup ng madami kapag mainit na eh heheh

sabayan mo din ng ascorbic araw-araw pampatirik naman ng ano.... para di maagawan ng sustansya hehehe
kung mag multi vitamins ka naman kahit hindi araw-araw alternate kasi medyo mahal diba

Try ko ng every other day. . Hindi ko pa kasi kaya ang every day as of now!
Tanong ko lang, diba magkakaporma lang ang chest kung magpupush up parang payatot parin ang itsura, at hindi lalaki o magkakalaman?

tama magkakaporma medyo matagal sya don pero syempre pag buo na yung porma nya lalaki nanaman hindi naman pwede maging puro porma at bumilog ng bumilog magmumuka naman yun bola hehehe

yep tried and tested simula pa nung hayskul ako kaya alam ko kung ano mangyayari kung hal: mag stop ka ng routine o magsinigit ka ng ibang exercise
