It really depends on what your body needs.

...I'd just stick with a daily multi vitamin and Omega 3 fish oil .

take natural vitamins not synthetics vit. i'll suggest you buy INTRA toasted ko na ts.....kaso lang medyo mahal mga 1600 or 1800 na per bottle nyan ngayon....

ang lahat ng di synthetic ay mga fresh fruits, o mga vitamins na galing sa mga pagkain. Di totoo na natural daw yung mga nagpapakilala ngayon na mga supplements, ingat ingat sa mga yan kasi hindi pa proven na walang epekto sa health mga yan, lalo na hindi natin alam ang mga ingredients ng mga yan.
