Nakikita ko dito sa forum ang daming gustong tumaba at pumayat, anyway hwag ko nang patagalin pa, Try it at your own nlang..

isang sikreto at gamit ng mga nutritionist para madagdagan or bawasan ang weight ay ang CALORIES marami ang gustong pumayat pero pag kumain ay napakataas naman ang calorie ng pagkain nila, ganun din sa mga gustong tumaba, kain ng kain pero low calorie naman kinakain..

Para madetermin ang dami ng calories na kelangan increase or ibawas nandito ang calorie calculator:

Madali lang gamitin ang tool na yan fill up lang ang mga tinatanong at bibigyan ka nya nang sagot..

Pag nakuha mo na ang sagot pwde ka nang mag compute nang calories na kakainin mo per day.

Halimbawa: 2500 kelangan mo per day para bumigat ka.

Base sa list ng mga foods sa baba Pwedeng kumain ka ng [Pork 3 slice 130calx3 =390cal ,3 medium banana 101cal x 3= 303cal ,1cheseburger med 360cal x1= 360cal ,1Egg large 79cal x 1= 79cal ,6cup rice 225cal x 6= 1350cal ,1can beer 150cal x 1= 150cal]

Add them: 390+303+360+79+1350+150= 2632cal

Sapat na yan 2632cal/day mo..

Kung gusto mo naman mag loseweight same step lang gawin.
 
Note: Di lahat nang sources of calories ay maganda limit those calories from fats, you can concentrate more from fruits/vagetables/seafoods to maintain optimum health.

Apple 1 small (4 oz.) 80cal Banana 1 medium (6 oz.) 101cal
Grape each 2 Mango 1 (8 oz.) 135cal
 Orange 1 (4 oz.) 71cal
 Pear 1 (5 oz.) 100cal
Peach 1 (6 oz.) 38cal
 Pineapple 1 cup 80cal Strawberry 1 cup 53cal Watermelon 1 cup 45cal Asparagus 1 cup, boiled 36cal
 Bean curd 4 oz. 81cal
 Broccoli 1 cup 40cal
 Carrots 1 cup 45cal
 Cucumber each 30cal Eggplant 1 cup, boiled 38cal
Lettuce 1 cup 7cal
Tomato 1 cup 29cal
 Beef, regular, cooked 1 slice (2 oz.) 120cal
 Chicken, cooked 1 slice (2 oz.) 95cal

anu ang best time of the day para magexercise? At anu mga exercise na dapat gawin para mag-gain ng weight/mass. Tsaka dapat ba everyday?

meron akong gamit na pagexercise dito, bakal sya na may hawakan at strechable. Ok ba to? Straight sya tapos ififlip mo ng pa-U Shape.

Hmm tips ko lang sa mga payat, kung gusto mung magpataba hwag ka muna mag exercise. Magpataba ka muna tapos exercise para mas malaki ang muscles na maconvert mo. Folow mu nlang ang nsa taas otoi.

hindi ka mag gain ng weight pare kung exercise ang tinutukan mo. Calories muna bago exercise
