Sa mga nagdodownloading failed, panigurado galing sa s60 yung image tapos na bluetooth nyo sa s40 na naka .oplc format na sya. Ang gawin nyo po kung sa s60 kayo gumawa ng logo hwag nyo munang iderekta na .oplc yung format pwede ganito muna example:
mylogo.oplc.png or jpg
tapos bluetooth nyo sa s40 nyo, pagkareceive po gamit kayo ng filebrowser like blueftp para mairename nyo sa .oplc magiging mylogo.oplc na sya then move mo to e:/ drive then open browser then go to file:///e:/mylogo.oplc and done. Kapag direkta kasi na narereceive ng s40 ang may format na .oplc magbabago po yung attributes nya magiging system file sya kaya hindi nyo ma download sa browser. 
Para naman sa mga walang memory card lagay nyo na lang yung image sa received files tapos pag inopen nyo sa music player=>downloads=>goto address heto format
file:///c:/predefgallery/predeffilereceived/mylogo.oplc and done.
