try po reinstall ung tap driver, located po ung installer sa loob ng PD-proxy folder, disable na rin muna ung firewall at antivirus before kay kumonek, win7 user, run as administrator...

Tama po. Mas stable signal niyo mas maganda. Hindi porke't full bar eh ma attain mo na ang full speed.

Anong model ba  ng globe tattoo kit ang pwede makakuha ng 3mbps???? malakas naman signal dito sa amin... pero kahit anong oras 1.5 lang pinaka mataas ko.
