Antivirus + PDproxy Info


+ Avira Personal Antivirus - Free Edition -> PD-proxy.exe detected as Trojan
+ AVG Free Edition -> PD-Proxy.exe detected as Trojan
+ Avast Antivirus/Free Edition -> Need to turn off Firewall Guard or add PDProxy folder to Exception list
+ Norton Internet Security -> Add PDProxy folder to Exception list at Antivirus and Sonar Exclusion
+ Mcafee Antivirus, nung una nakakonek yung client ko after one day ayaw na. Nung disable lang Mcafee saka naging ok. (observed by toonice)
+ Trend Micro Titanium 2011


Bitdefender Antivirus 2011
Bitdefender Internet Security 2011 -> Firewall should be disabled
ESET Nod32 - > Personal Firewall should be disabled

Note: Disable both WINDOWS FIREWALL and ANTIVIRUS FIREWALL

otor ok po ang avast antivirus.. yan po kc gamit ko so far naman   d ako nahihirapan kumonek sa pdproxy un lng po.

so far avira, kis, avg, eset nod32 OK. avast may duda ako dyan. d ko lang matandaan kong anong version yon, basta pinalitan ko ng antivirus kasi ayaw mag konek..bigla mawawala signal ng broadband, at kung makonek man, sandali lang mag diskonek na naman ang proxy at ang modem.

Most of the time all free antivirus detect false positives. Kaya ako kung ako ang nag install ng pdproxy, I always make sure na kasama na agad sa list ng exception ang PD-Proxy folder para no future false positives.

yung Avira okay sya sa PD Proxy na lower verSion pero yung 2.0.9 may nadedetect siya sa PD-Launcher.exe

sa akin ayaw nya ng avast.. try ko ung mga suggested anti-virus mo otor, kasi as of the moment walang anti-virus ung lappy ko kaya super prone sya sa virus.. salamat d2 sa otor!
