Mga dapat at di dapat gawin kapag may high blood. - PINOYDEN

Mga ka PD help naman kasi nag pa BP ako a days ago 150/100 ang BP ko,then ngayon ganun parin.Kaya minsan di na ko makatulog sa gabi kakaisip dito.Anu kaya magandang gawin ko para mapanormal ulit ang BP ko?

tama lahat yung mga recommendations nila.. maraming nagiging cause ang HB.. well kung hindi pa din bumaba ang BP mo.. try mo ng mag pacheck sa doctor.. baka may prob ka na sa heart or mataas ang sugar mo and sodium..

Try mo mag vegetarian diet mga ilang buwan.
